What A Gas: I also DO strongly fear a low ball T/O offer at possibly around $ 4.00 or even lower perhaps!! Two questions: a) What are the price-expectation (obviously GUESS-timates!!) for a "low ball T/O pricing" ? b) Why would ordinary share-holders be asked to vote for or against a T/O offer ??
