    So assuming they complete acquisition of Catherines they will have $100M or so in cash (42 cps). They must have a pipeline of acquisitions to raise so much cash. I also note they have $49M of franking credits on the books as at June 30 2019. I wonder if they have a plan to release some of those using this cash?
