It’s hilarious that some people think an extra $20m is something to panic over.

The insto portion was $120m (had this been $150m or $200m, no one would have blinked, or question it) now that the company decided to give retail investors a slightly bigger cut of the pie, people are complaining?!

And please.. why does everyone keep comparing what “company x” did with their SPP, or “company y did it this way”

There is no right or wrong way, companies have accepted over-subscriptions before (zip isn’t the first)
If you were offered some extra cash for your business, you’d be silly not to take it.. mostly if you had a growth plan and could now reach that little bit further with the funds you now have.

I didn’t expect to get my full allocation, happy I did.
A lot of people may have expected share price to go south after the SPP announcement, so they either missed out on the SPP price and are waiting for it to drop, big there may be some FOMO setting in, mostly with results around the corner, I think a lot of people would prefer to be holding than waiting for it to drop before the jump back on.
