I think it was only the small retail portion that did not get full take up. As other have said the snail mail offer got caught up in the Auspost delays and for retail holders who could watch the share price and make their own call based on the market it did not make much sense to subscribe to it.

i for one bought some more on market rather than tie up money in the hope of catching some of the 2m on offer. This however does not have much to do with the fundamentals of where the business is hheaded IMHO so I am not concerned that they did not achieve full take up.
