Still unable to understand why shareholders subscribed for extra shares at $1.65 when the share price never got near that during the offer period.
I applied for the shares and received an acknowledgement from the company but I never parted with the money. I think they were only paying lip service to the small shareholders anyway and did not need the money from small shareholders like me. I thought they may have reimbursed the small shareholders given that the price is around $1.35 but that would have compromised, I suppose, the placement of $140 m. made to sophisticated investors beforehand.
