Completion of Share Purchase Plan

Silex Systems Limited (Silex or the Company) (ASX: SLX) (OTCQX: SILXY) advises of the
completion of its non-underwritten Share Purchase Plan (SPP) that was announced on 27
February 2023, raising approximately $470,000. This follows the Company’s completion of a
$120 million institutional placement which was successfully concluded on 7 March 2023
(Placement).
The SPP closed on Friday, 14 April 2023 with 55 applications received for a total of
approximately $470,000. Silex confirms that all valid applications by eligible shareholders were
accepted in full for the amount validly applied for and will issue approximately 116,000 new
fully paid ordinary shares (SPP Shares).
The SPP Shares will be issued under the SPP at $4.05 per share and will rank equally in all
respects with existing Silex fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
The SPP Shares will be issued to applicants on Friday, 21 April 2023 and will commence
trading on Monday, 24 April 2023. Following completion of the Placement and SPP, the
Company will have a total of approximately 235.4 million shares on issue
