As some of you guys know, Some people will never be happy. You can discover a world class asset, and there is always someone who does not like it. These people will drive a stock down, sell it cheaply, talk it down, short it etc. Then along comes someone who thinks its really cheap and buys the company or JV the asset. Market sentiment is an opportunity imo. TIE was recently trading up near the 70c range, then they had delays, and the stock dropped to 30c in a bearish gold market. Then a Chinese company plonked a 58c cash bid on the table this morning. There was talk that the bid was going to have to be north of $1 only a few months back. Now the gold price is higher. They are getting the stock very cheaply given everything is online above name plate with a rising gold price. People are so bearish, that they are giving companies away for peanuts. The same people then complain that its an opportunistic bid. The rest of the world is laughing at us at times. The REE is worth well above the current price. The Nickel is very exciting and its there to be drilled. The copper is not going anywhere and they have cash. I think its oversold by a large margin, but there is weakness across the smaller end of the market. These assets will drag us out again imo. They are currently drilling the gold and then DRE is due to hit the Nickel again.
