Thats standard operating proceedure for this nifty snippathon.
This bit of cash may get them through to January and then who knows then. Finance is NEVER coming. Its just bait to keep the wages, consulting fees flowing.
Also all expense paid holidays for the chairman back to Tanzania is handy for the lucky..
