obviously heavily oversubscribed. The last company I did this with was DRO and they were heavily oversubscribed but they took the lot $$$$$$ MTS on the other hand are only taking what was intended. While is may disappoint it bodes well for the overall SP. I only got a small percentage of what I asked for too.
