    One way to look at it, is that they did get a cash injection and from a current shareholders perspective,less shares ended up being added to the register. A few stocks I've had this year had to keep extending the timeframe of their share purchase plans to meet their targets. Not a lot of extra cash floating around in peoples pockets atm
