Sigma MAY get CW, because CW's masters will dominate any deal....something a WES match-up would never offer them.
Also, be prepared for the ACCC to mess its pants at any Sigma/CW marriage and spend a good 2yrs min trying to turn any rich cream in a Sigma/CW deal, to watery milk wherever possible!
