Them there base salaries are contributing toward the less than sustainable resources as just displayed from the external propping requirements - or from my pocket as per usual.
The last 4 years have seen excessive amounts go to the BOD etc ($1.6mil in particular)when is plainly not in proportion with performance or more importantly prudent sustainability measures.
Calibre is the cop out I got last time round but it's looking like another outing is required in order of expression at least.
