In my opinion for what it's worth, is that Troy, has a serious lack of cash. It makes the company extremely vulnerable to a takeover bid, which the board would be hard pressed to defend. Gold in the ground would be the best defence but that needs time and cash to develop a proper JORC resource that passes scrutiny. IN THE MEANTIME THE COMPANY WILL LIMP ALONG UNDERFUNDED AND DEFENCELESS.
