I’m less hot on Cannacord - Morgans by far the best at this end of the market IMO - but there are worse out there for sure. But they do have the international network which could be useful down the track if CNB gets to sufficient scale to require significant capex funding.
I’m a bit surprised they took overs given their cash balance is already very healthy but doesn’t hurt to have a bit more in the kitty and some more liquidity in the stock isn’t a bad thing as the free float is really drying up
