I don't really agree with this logic. yes they'll likely convert, but then just sell on market? With that number of shares and the average trading volume of this stock its a recipe to destroy your share price. This stock is so lightly traded (lucky to get 500k in a day) any large sells would have trouble even getting close to being filled. I also don't management are out to make a quick buck.
Just my thoughts.
