SMX you are correct. I have got it wrong prior myself but there is strong divergence on techs and I believe it has been capped the past 2 months.
Oversold like many other small caps. Does it mean it is going straight back to 15c. NO absolutley not.
If you believe a good swing trade is on then now is the time. If you dont stay on the sidelines and jump in at mid 7's to low 8's
My opinion is just that !!!!
