Perchance those who paid 5.5 cents for shares in Botanix will regard the present share price as an opportunity, not a problem, and following this "logic", after mopping up the share price should rise - this might occur around the time of the next announcement.

As the biochemistry of cannabidiol is quit well known don't expect any suprises from Phase 1a - more reaching the bloodstream than the usual amount might occur, but this (in my opinion) will not be a major problem - however the interaction between cannabidiol and Permetrex is the unknown.

The other problem with Botanix is that even if everything goes to plan for Phase 1, the big boys may try to play BOT out and then pick up the pieces for a song - especially given that Phase 2 is expensive - so patience and strong finances are required by the shareholders.
