One would hope they they can become profitable very soon. I suspect the only reason they went through with the Share Placement was because they couldn't raise funds in a more traditional way, & Top Level was already in too deep at this point to not accept the 'Shares' as payment, instead of cash & equity as originally anticipated. The strategy of growth through acquisitions won't be sustainable if they cannot manage their bottom line.
