Would have thought that raising circa $5M via Tranche 1 was worthy of being 'Market Sensitive'?
Particularly as Tranche 2 has to be approved by SH's at a special EGM.
I guess the ASX must have deemed it not to be?
Perhaps I'm just being 'too sensitive' as to where this will all end up? Lol,
