Every quarterly for the last 2 years has held that statement its not new and I dont think should be viewed as if there is further raising or placement coming.

$2.5m in cash end of last quarter, spending about $1m per quarter, $650k raised, plus potential R and D refund and a swag of low valued options available at 16 c which is a market cap of less then $20m still so well within site with some further supply deals.
