You didnt need to announce, the sell down was obvious. Pity long term holders could have bought shares and held, not just some sophs who took up the offer and offloaded for a pip or 2.. Only good thing is the oppies they recieved are not going to be on the market, the price has to get above the exercise price for you guys to make money ..
