I would be surprised to see much, if any successful exploration activity in the CJV for years if history is anything to go by. If you consider RNX's past expl success, very unlikely to lift the bar there.
Cash at bank will be useful for paying admin and director/adviser fees for a year or two at least before it has to delist.
