You will have to go back to 2017/2018 to get the full story on Twin Hills. GBM had previously attempted to purchase this asset from Minjar & considered they had met enough of the conditions to complete the sale. This was in a much lower gold price environment so the original deal was even cheaper. Minjar pulled out of the sale but GBM had done some work on upgrading resource from 2004 JORC so had spent some money during the diligence period. Think if Minjar tried to go elsewhere for sale GBM would of had a case to contest. Anyway lots happened since then & new management seems to be able to get shit done so I'll be hanging around.
