Specifically, the dispersion the valuations between large and small cap stocks is bat-poo crazy chasm-like.
Take this ugly duckling:
A market value of a mere $60m in the context of nearly half a billion dollars in sales.
They only need to shave a few microns off the opex block and the P/E will be puny.
