Mostly because the time it took to re list it, people thought they could make a few quick bucks before Christmas but are now happy to just get their cash back. Plenty of soaking up done today so could be another day or 2 of it but once done would expect it to move back towards the 6-7c mark.
An early announcement should do the trick and really why would you do it straight away when there is likely to be some stale shareholders jumping ship like there has been today.
