I don't know what has gotten into management of this company lately. Whether they have been hanging around with big-talkin' Texans too much or whether they've gotten a new pr consultant who is in la la land but whatever it is they seem to me at least to be getting a tad slippery with what and how they keep us informed. Come on, Dick, a less than 40% take up on the spp is not strong support, why bother with such obvious bs?

Regarding the purchase of the borax business... I can understand the logic behind it: it does have synergies with the lithium assets and Orocobre as a broad based chemicals company would be more highly rated than as a single product minerals company but I have to say the timing of its purchase does continue to look iffy imo.
