Yep the company is that tight with its cash, it doesn't value 1200 shareholders anymore. Principally because the share price went down so far, is why these shareholders have to sell. If the share price went up, and there was "rivers of gold", then all these shareholders would have been retained.
Bright side for those minority shareholder is atleast they are salvaging something from this train wreck, if some sold on market there wouldn't be much left over for them.
