    Share consolidation does not in itself change the market cap .All it does is lower shares on issues by a factor of 10 and raise the share price by a factor of 10.You are however correct in saying a substantial upgrade is needed to lift the price. From the last 2 announcements I believe a substantial upgrade is not too far away.
