They can absolutely be scaled back. Management just announced that if they receive applications for more than $5m, they can choose to accept up to $15m. And theyve just shown that theyll accept shares, issued at discount, even if they dont have a need or plan for the money.
They could get more than $15m, in which case it'll scale to $15m. I dont have stats on how likely that is. I just sold $10k. To be scaled back below $10k, theyd need to receive applications for $45m in the SPP. I reckon im pretty safe.
