Bingo. My verdict is that we have a good company. Good product. Early to market. Medium Moat. And directors who repeatedly act against the interests of shareholders. Pump and dump shares. Sell every cent of their holdings. Preference the instos over the retail. Release a big announcement and then cap raise at a price that doesnt factor in that news.

If theyd waited 5 days, our 5-day VWAP wouldve been over a dollar. Couldve cap raised at 90 easily. Maybe $1.

I see this sadly often. People who are excellent at building a product. Good at what they do. Bad at running a company.

So in 12 months, where do I see us? That depends on how much the directors screw up. 15% dilution doesnt help either. But i agree, apart from realising some Cap Gains early, I'm pretty safe to buy back at 80 without impact.
