Why the hell are we raising so much cash? The only rationale answer I can come up with is that management reasonably expect the sales will exceed our current capital in a short timeframe and have decided to raise funds urgently to ensure we can meet those orders in quick order. If you don't believe management to be rationale or capable then I really don't see why you would hold this stock as the downside risk is substantial.
I'd say they aren't just quickly building $80 million in inventory for it to sit on the shelf for years.....
