Don't know. The drilling/exploration program at Siduarsi should not cost anywhere near that much, so imo they are cashed up now for "potential future opportunities" , as mentioned in their announcement.
They had enough funds from reserves and cash flows to have covered the Angel farm in, so this extra 115m really was not needed unless they have something lined up, imo.
