So they have $100M odd in the bank with a $50M MC? is their a precendent for a 2/1 cash/MC ratio for a tech DataCentre provider?
Shareholders selling here are sacrificing liquidity for a 50% haircut, with the assumption the exisiting business outside the cash is worth $0!
In a world where cash earns 5% interest with no risk and Joe.D does deals better than anyone on the ASX doesnt make alot of sense selling here if you dont need the cash now
