$92m market cap less $6m in cash and $18m in payout for non processing of ore leave $68m
The Open pit is expected to produce 379,000 ounces 40% of which are Emerson's so 151,600 ounces
$68m divided by 151,600 is $448 per ounce
Even if we ignored the cash and used the full $92m we are talking about $606 per ounce.
Both of those are ignoring the 40k ounces Emmerson is entitled to from the underground designs and any other project that might come to fruition in the future.
I think we may be a little undervalued
