They also park 7.5mt brick trailers (or less) on the road in most municipalities, particularly given short build time. Though some require Vehicles to remain attached. For long thin blocks they'll just work from the back forward, roof trusses would still need be craned in any case, else donkeyed in. But yes, inner city builds are not the target market.
