Having had BKW shares for years, it's obvious Mr Lindsay Partridge does not suffer fools.
He's acquire an enormous amount of knowledge re the property sector and industrial processes such as brickmaking.
Hard to imagine BKW would invest in FBR just because it 'felt nice': BKW must believe there's a very good (or better) chance of this robotic technology being feasible and resulting in cost savings to builders, and therefore to current and aspirant homeowners.
One question: many building sites are tricky to access, especially if surrounded by established homes on narrow blocks.
So if this technology is eventually commercialised, will it forever be unsuitable for 'replacement' builds in say Australia's inner suburbs, given that the mounted robot can only reach so far?
