Or they just need to sort out the finer details. I would say on all WAAS JV deals it is about who is going to fund the construction of the machines, CRH have a $40 mill US loan facility to do it, pretty good deal for FBR.
they will get a deal done and sign a WAAS at some point IMO. Just need to sort JV with CRH first, then need more WAAS to get OEM excited.
