    re: Ann: Completion of Zijin Transaction and ... Not much resistance at all really ($50k) to get SP upto 13 cents. This is the minimum base value for NKP given Zijin will be buying 145,000,000 shares at this price shortly.

    NKP should be re-rated very soon given it's underlying value and promising outlook now that deal is secure. If the same announcement was made in 2010, the price today would be $1.
