Unfortunately, this situation isn't that straightforward. Long-term holders who invested back when the price was over $10 may have had $100,000 tied up in just 1,000 shares. In contrast, a late speculative trader could have bought those same 1,000 shares for just $500 and will receive the same allocation. Fortunately for me my BE is around $2.50 before DCA from this SPP. I'm certain their are others both in better and far worse situations here. One thing's for certain, retail always gets the dregs.
