mate, done and dusted, the offices are down below ... that's what gdn has leased. an office on ground floor. not a 3br apartment on third floor.
more important to me is what they have on the ground floor of that deep hole they have just drilled in utah. last 20ft was a big gas show which they couldnt log, so 134ft of net pay in all. if they convert 30ft of this to flowing gas we'll have plenty of time to consider real estate purchases of our own i would reckon.
hopefully quarterly offers a few more details about plans going forward. cards are close to chests here. the worry is that the share price malaise is reflected of info that the sophs know and us punters don't ... would be good to see this mob finally come good with solid and sustainable gas and share price growth. .
