i felt that the full year update was very informative especially for the short term. rcu comes into a very interesting half year. very amibitions plans. in my opinion this will deciede whelter the boys and gals at rcu funds are professional property people or just a brunch of funds mamagers who are good at spinning dreams. derry meadows should have been sold but a better deal is on the way. it needs to be sold by october, is this spin or good property management we will know in october cheers
