1.1 What is the Offer?
The Offer comprises an offer of four (4) Shares with one (1) free attaching Option.
The Shares offered under this Prospectus will rank equally with Shares on issue at the date of this Prospectus. The free attaching Option offered under this Prospectus has the same terms and conditions as those Options referred to on the ASX as Security Code TV2O (See section 1.5).

1.2 Who can participate in the Offer?

1.7 Effect of the Offer on the Company
The principal effects of the Offer on the Company are as follows:

(a) the Company will issue the Shares and the free attaching Option, and

(b) the cash reserves of the Company will increase by up to $0.068.

1.8 Effect of the Offer on the Company's financial position
The issue of 4 Shares with 1 free attaching Option will not have a material impact on the Company’s financial position. For this reason, a pro-forma statement of financial position of the Company showing the financial effect of the Offer has not been included in this Prospectus.

It's slightly amusing to see this, but obviously something to do with compliance, as stated.

Upon further reading, I think this may actually have something to do with the securities to be issued on conversion of Convertible Notes.

Maybe just revisiting and correcting for the Tranche A issue we had from a few months back. I imagine today would have been a good opportunity for a few convertible notes to be converted, particularly considering the volumes. Would be good to get them out of the way quickly anyway.

That's my hunch, but happy to be corrected by someone that actually knows something about corporate law and compliance.
