    Resolution 8 the company seeks approval for the issue of 19230769 options in accordance with ASX listing rule 7.1.
    Approved.

    Seems like as stated by The Avenger2 just an ASX compliance issue, as the option issue has already been approved nothing to worry about and if they do sell the options now they will eventually absorbed .
