If you look at the chart its been trading in a sideways channel for about a month and a bit, that tells me as Carpe Diem said the market wants more information to commit to moving the SP north or south, all the while the day traders are playing it for small gains in the meantime.

As others have said its not panic stations and the talk of its going down from past holders and non holders is pure speculation and if they looked at the TA this would explain this. It tested its lows about 6 weeks ago and hasnt tested it again, the bottoms are actually trending higher.

The last spike and drop was people expecting more from the announcement and when CLI didnt give them $$$ figures they sold, probably recent people who bought in. This is all IMO.
