Because 90% of the time the downrampers are providing information that is either irrelevant to CLI or already refuted. The "uprampers" as you call them, are simply going by announcements, and the schedule.
Also most of the negative sentiment in here is from non-holders, or ex-holders. They should just move on and leave the forum.
Misinformation is unhelpful. To new and old holders.
