someone made the deal of a lifetime here. Have you company bought out for $9m, then negative cashflow and growth covered for two years and then buy the company back with multiples higher revenue for $3m. Can’t tell if that’s just mates looking out for each other of truly incompetence. One might call this a pretty good way to extract cash from a listed entity.
