Seems to be officially and legally part of IMU according to today's Ann's at the bottom. Not 100% sure but I think IMU actually needs approval from SH only for issue of shares to PH. I could live without issuing shares to him as long as IMU owns the rights of CF33.
When I rang LC in August she told me all is o.k., just some lawyer work is delaying the paper work.
Imo if something was wrong it wouldn't be on the documents.
