Ann: Compulsory Acquistion Notice and IER, page-33

These guys are unreal.The valuation is to June 30th.what about the last 6 months?
But we still managed to include the costs for the wall collapse that happened 2 weeks ago??
Even if we go to court will the same apply or do they have to include revenue to end CY18? By the time the IER is done it will be Jan/Feb!
How do we get a real independent valuation?
Time to engage a corporate lawyer to represent us me thinks and would that not be part of courts costs hence will cost us nothing??
