The court will not rule on speculation of what a stock would, should or would have traded at in comparison to other stocks and markets. They will simply judge on what the IER valuation is and if it is a fare valuation to those objecting. We all expected a higher IER valuation which would have given grounds for an objectiona and the court to rule in favour of those objecting. So If the shoe was on the other foot and stocks are falling due to market conditions should the court look at that in its decision or simply judge the IER. Anyway we will know after 30 days which road we go down. I will leave it to each to decide and thats it from me here. Good luck whichever road we go down.
