Lest face it guys there is nothing we can do to get the court to say it isnt a fair price. 

The only small chance is that we get them to say the $1.62 to $1.92 amount in the first IER was not "fair and reasonable", however we have a new report that says $1.35 is on newer figures. 

Courts aren't market experts - they are going to say the experts are the ones who put the report together and they say $1.35 is fair and rule in favour of Taurus.
